Política de reembolso

At GfxCovers we sell digital downloadable products. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns once the file has been downloaded or access has been granted.

Exceptions:

• If the downloaded file is corrupt or damaged and cannot be opened.
• If the product received does not match the published description.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it with a file resend or a full refund.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
